The Wayfaring Band is a band of travelers, with and without disabilities, that fosters inclusion and interdependence in diverse communities. During the summer of 2020, they formed a neurodiverse BIPOC Caucus that included both program participants and staff members of color from the band, to create a safe space to explore their experiences among other people of color.
